Hi Jim..a Hydor Koralia 1 powerhead for me please (that's the smallest one) and is frozen brine shrimp the same as frozen mysis shrimp? I keep reading about mysis shrimp being good. Wouldn't mind some frozen.

Okay. Mysis is better than bine.I was thinking of actually bringing in both types.

To tell you the truth I dont know that much about them, ( i know what they do just don't know of a good brand) what would you recommend?

Well I can get a couple different ones. Coralife Turbo-Twist up to 125 gal-$125-9w up to 250 gal-$185-18w Current USA Around the same price but wont handle same size tanks. 8w up to a 50 gal tank 15w up tp 75 gal tank. IMO.Coralife seems to sell good equipment.

Do the Turbo twist's come with a pump or is there a pump built into them? And are they submersible? or do they need to be mounted outside of the tank? Thanks Jim

how much would some frozen blood worms be, it seems to be the only thing my Jack's will eat. i would like to stock up on them now.
